blitzworks rc

blitzworks rc

Hey guys..with my failure and then success of my A-10  i decided to spend as little $$ as possible on another EDF..this time i wanted something really small that i could hand launch easily..but still had decent performance...looking around i saw the video's of the Blitzworks F-16 50mm edf....yes got it from BH....and while most people hate them and their missing shipments and service..so far i'm happy..they confirmed my order and shipped when promised and it got delivered to me on the east coast in a week's time...box arrived in good shape and so far i'm happy..

there is amost no building involved..glue on the vertical stab...plug in a battery and you are done...but..i am going to do a few mods....the battery connectors are bullet type..so i'm going to change those out to deans connectors....people on rcgroups have said the stock servo's are kinda cheap..so i think i will upgrade them after a few test flights..and the ESC is a little suspect....but i have a few laying around..so no extra cost to me..it has the ailerons and the elevators linked to each other and mixed elevon style - supposedly making for decent low speed flight..i'm going to test that out for sure..and if it really is capable for 80+ mph then i will be more than happy with the stock motor and fan unit...for $100 shipped (without a radio) it seemed like a good deal to try out and not get into major EDF $ or complexity...i didn't want thrust vectoring or more than basic foamie parkjet controls..and this is as simple as they come..
watch this space..i'll post pics of it built..a short video of the controls and how they seem to work..and will video it's maiden to post...
so far BH has been good to me..and i'm excited to try this little bugger out!
