Bomber Fishing Lures |
The Bomber fishing lures haven't changed that much in shape over the years, but innovations in materials, construction and coloring have led to a more effective and wider product line.
The fish-catching ability is undisputable and I can vouch for that fact. I still have a Bomber fishing lure in my tackle box that I have used for deep diving, structure fishing and that says a lot since I have used it many over the past couple decades and haven't lost it, which I can't say about some of the other deep-diving lures I loved.
Take the Bomber Model A fishing lures, for example. You can find Tennessee Shad, Apple Red Crawdad or a Black Pearl, (one of my personal favorites, along with the Baby Striper and the Black Chartreuse). That's just the tip of the iceberg because there are so many colors and bait fish designs that you could have a hard time narrowing them down-and that's just one particular model line!
There are all different kinds of Bomber fishing lures to choose from, including Model A's, Fat A's, Flat A's, Fat-Free Shad, Pro Long A, Long A, Magnum Long A, Heavy Duty Long A, A-Salt Bomber, Pop ‘N Shrimp or Slab Spoons. The primary differences in the models involve the body shapes, as far as width and length, except there are jointed models and the popper model is the Pop ‘N Shrimp.
Like they say though, if you were limited to only one crankbait-the Model A is the one to look at, but the tough part will come when you have to limit it to one color. Regardless, Bomber fishing lures offer a timeless design in a durable and true-running deep diver lure, with a wide array of colors. They are proven performers and you will catch some fish with them-I can vouch for that!
